WHAT IS IT?
Organo™ Gourmet Café Supreme is a specialty coffee for an anytime energizing pick me up. This healthy coffee is mild and flavorful, it brings the benefits of coffee combined with Ginseng which has been used around the world for its flavor and invigorating health benefits, along with the organic Ganoderma lucidum and Eurycoma longifolia.
Coffee – one of the most popular beverages in the world and a number one source of antioxidants in most people’s lives. Organo™ uses a strong, easy to mix instant coffee that is bold and flavorful.
Fiber – each Café Supreme has 2 gr of fiber, naturally occurring from the organic Ganoderma mushroom powder.
Ganoderma lucidum – also known as the red Reishi mushroom. The powerhouse of mushrooms, has been used for over 2,000 years for its ability to support a healthy immune system because it can help support the growth of your body’s own active immune system cells.
Ganoderma mushrooms provide triterpenoids and amino acids. Ganoderma mushrooms are ‘adaptogens’. Adds also a note of depth to the coffee.
Ginseng – imparts a slight spicy note and naturally contains phytochemicals. Over 5,000 years ago, in the mountains of Manchuria, China, Panax ginseng was commonly used for its rejuvenating powers.
Eurycoma longifolia Jack Powder – The herb name for what is more commonly known as Tongkat Ali, a Malaysian Ginseng or Longjack. Known to support your natural vim and vigor.Traditionally used in Asia in cooking, tea blends and other products.
Non Dairy Creamer – adds a hint of sweetness and creamy flavor. Using a non dairy creamer has many benefits. First, it helps provide a lactose free beverage so that even those who are lactose intolerant can enjoy the convenience and flavor. Secondly, it provides a consistent flavor and is shelf stable. Dairy products can have an off flavor, color and odor over time.

HOW TO USE IT
Empty 1 sachet into your favorite cup, fill with hot water, stir and enjoy!
You can also add ice for a cool specialty coffee treat.
6 oz. (170 mL) – Rich and flavorful
8 oz. (225 mL) – Smooth and creamy
10 oz. (285 mL) – Light and flavorful
ORGANO SUPREME GELATO
YIELDS: 4 servings
2 sachets ORGANO Café Supreme
1/2 cup Hot water
5 large Egg yolks
3/4 cup Sugar
1 + 1/2 cups Whole milk
1. Whisk yolks and sugar in large bowl to blend.
2. Bring milk to boil in heavy medium saucepan.
3. Disolved ORGANO Cafe Supreme in the hot water.
4. Gradually whisk hot milk into egg mixture; then whisk in ORGANO Café Supreme mixture.
5. Return mixture to saucepan. Stir over medium heat until custard thickens and leaves path on back of spoon when finger is drawn across, about 8 minutes (do not boil).
6. Refrigerate until cold, about 3 hours.
7. Process custard in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Freeze in covered container (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Keep frozen).
